We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Signage Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in installing, configuring, and maintaining digital signage displays, media players, and content management systems, we want to hear from you.
Duties & Responsibilities
Expertly install and configure LED screens, LED-LCD displays, and other digital signage equipment according to specifications and requirements.
Ensure proper alignment, placement, and calibration of displays for optimal visibility and performance.
Provide comprehensive technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to digital signage hardware, software, and connectivity.
Conduct thorough testing of digital signage systems to identify any potential defects or malfunctions. Ensure all equipment meets quality standards before deployment.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on the operation and maintenance of digital signage systems, empowering them to utilize the technology effectively.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally within the digital signage or AV, IT support, electronics or related fields.
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting digital signage hardware and software systems.
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies.
Familiarity with digital signage software is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements or technical challenges.
A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as information technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
Certifications in relevant technical areas such as networking or software platforms is a plus.
