Technician (Façade & Aluminium)
Your main tasks:
Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, gasketing, caulking of Aluminum Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall
Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
To ensure the manufacturing quality is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
Use of various machinery such as Punch Tools, single and double head Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill and preferably some experience with CNC machining.
Provide Technical Support, to both the Aluminum Fabrication Team, and the overall business.
Assisting with incoming goods deliveries.
Provide QC Inspections on Projects and 'Work in Progress'.
Complete all paperwork and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
Who are you?
You should possess product knowledge in one or more Aluminum Systems, predominantly, Reynaers, Technal, Metal Tech and Schuco.
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Aluminum Fabrication based role.
Ability to priorities and organize work efficiently and effectively.
Driven to achieve objectives, regardless of problems.
Energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals.
Achieve team objectives.
Transmit information in a clear, concise and confident manner.
Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
