We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our produc, and generating leads or sales. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience for our clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads) from a provided list, script, or CRM system.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and interest, ensuring they meet the criteria for the company's produc.
Sales Promotion: Promote and sell products or services, offering information on features, pricing, and benefits.
Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer issues related to the company’s produc.
Data Entry: Record and maintain accurate information in CRM systems, including call details, customer queries, feedback, and next steps.
Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls to lea to close sales or ensure continued satisfaction.
Script Adherence:
Ensure that all calls are made according to pre-established scripts and guidelines, while also addressing customer queries effectively.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and provide valuable insights to improve the company’s offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service ( preferred ).
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, polite phone manner.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
