Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads to introduce and promote real estate properties.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding property purchases.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, location benefits, and other relevant details.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to provide additional information and answer any questions.
- Maintain and update the database of leads and ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Support the sales team by providing necessary information and assistance in closing deals.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide relevant information to clients.
