Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This role is crucial in helping us expand our client base and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce our accounting, bookkeeping, and tax filing services.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through phone conversations.
Present our services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping services is a plus.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
