The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring the safety and security of our premises. This role requires an attested degree and an attested experience letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
Analyze video feeds for suspicious activity and respond accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and monitor access control systems.
Collaborate with security personnel to enhance overall safety protocols.
Conduct regular checks on CCTV equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Report any technical issues to the relevant departments promptly.
Assist in investigations by providing video evidence as required.
Stay updated on security trends and technology improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role.
Attested degree from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of surveillance technology and security protocols.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using CCTV monitoring software and related technology.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred.
Surveillance Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCTV systems, access control systems, and related security technology.
