Key Responsibilities
Production: Capturing high-quality video content (interviews, b-roll) and setting up lighting and audio equipment on set.
Post-Production: Assembling raw footage, editing for flow, and applying motion graphics, titles, and visual effects.
Audio Enhancement: Selecting music, editing audio, and adding voice-overs.
Storytelling: Cutting, splicing, and sequencing content to meet the brand's creative direction and narrative goals.
Color Correction: Improving lighting and applying color grading for a professional look.
File Management: Organizing, archiving, and managing raw footage and project files.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, a After Effects.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of camera operation (DSLR, cinema cameras), lighting techniques, and file forma.
Creativity: Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
Collaboration: Ability to work with stakeholders to implement feedback.
Experience: Previous experience (often 1-3 years) in video production and editing
