Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operative plays a key role in a cutting-edge automated warehouse, working alongside robotic systems to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and smooth operations. This position requires attention to detail, basic technical aptitude,
and the ability to collaborate with automated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:
•Pick, pack, and prepare orders using robotic assistance (e.g., AMRs, automated conveyors, or robotic arms).
•Verify product accuracy by scanning barcod and following WMS (Warehouse Management System) instructions.
•Assist in cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain high accuracy in an automated environment.
•Handle exceptions (e.g., mispicks, damaged goods) and report discrepancies.
2.Equipment Operation & Support:
•Work collaboratively with robotic systems (e.g., follow picking robots, lo automated stations).
•Perform basic troubleshooting (e.g., clearing jams, rebooting stations) and escalate technical issues as needed.
•Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, or semi-automated packing stations.
3.Safety &Compliance:
•Follow strict safety protocols when working near robotic equipment.
•Wear required PPE and adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines.
•Report equipment malfunctions, near-misses, or hazards immediately.
4.Team Collaboration:
•Communicate effectively with supervisors and automation technicians to optimize workflows.
•Participate in training sessions on new robotic systems or process updates.
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth robotic operations.

Qualifications&Skills:
•Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
•Experience:
oPrevious warehouse experience preferred (especially in automat environments).
oComfort working with technology (e.g., WMS, scanners, robotics).
•Technical Skills:
oBasic computer literacy (data entry, touchscreen interfaces).
oAbility to learn new automated systems quickly.
•Soft Skills:
oAttention to detail and accuracy.
oAbility to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment.
oTeam player with strong communication skills.
•Physical Requirements:
oSta for extended periods.
oLift up to 20 kg (or as per safety standards).
