Warehouse Supervisor
A Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of products according to company standards.
Monitor warehouse workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols in the warehouse.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on warehouse operations, stock levels, and staff performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
