•What you’ll be doing
This is responsible supervisory and administrative work of a technical nature involving overall supervision of the maintenance, repair and reconditioning of all types of vehicles,loaders,excavators,..etc and supervision of all workshop staff.
He should be familiar with CAT and Komatsu machines and have extensive experience and training with a reputable company or dealer. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
You will be responsible for…
•Directs, deploys and supervises the activities of all maintenance tasks
•Devises and carries out precautions against industrial hazards
•Maintains inventories of stocks, tools, workshop equipment and other supplies.
•Inspects and reports on the condition, completeness, failure of equipment.
•Checks and certifies outside purchases of services or materials as required.
•Directs, deploys and supervises the activities of all workers of maintenance workshop
•Gives technical advice as required or makes reports on technical subjects on all matters
•Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
•At least 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
(Wheel loaders, Excavators, Dump Trucks, Forklifts…etc).
•Can fully understand equipment’s catalogues.
•Good experience with diesel engines.
•Familiar with hydraulic circuits.
•Able to use Caterpillar Service Information System(SIS) .
•Must be fluent in English
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
•Bearing work pressure
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to plan and direct the work of a large staff of subordinates
•Driving licence required
