We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist team members, and act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Filipino Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
File and maintain confidential doents, records, and office systems.
Support the team with general administrative and clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
