We are urgently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to the final figures, ensuring projects are completed within budget and meet all required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tender and contract doents, including bills of quantities (BOQ) with the architect a client.
Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and risk management assessments.
Prepare and analyze costings for tenders, contracts, and variations.
Allocate work to subcontractors and process monthly payment certificates.
Monitor project budget, track changes, and manage project cash flow.
Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare final accounts and sub-contract final accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQ estimation, and local regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost management software (e.g., Primavera, CostX).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
