You will lead the entire project handover process, ensuring all contractual and authority requirements are met. Responsibilities include preparing handover packages (O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties), managing snag and punch lists, and coordinating with major authorities like RTA, DM, and DEWA to obtain completion certificates. You will work closely with and planning teams to ensure all deliverables align with project specifications while maintaining a structured close-out tracker for approvals and compliance records.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
b. Minimum 5–8 years of experience, specifically in project handover and close-out for infrastructure or utilities
c. At least 5 years of professional experience in the UAE with knowledge of local authority procedures (RTA, DM, DEWA)
d. Proven experience in preparing O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and snag closure reports
e. Strong understanding of FIDIC contract conditions related to taking-over and defect liability periods
f. Proficiency in MS Office and handover tracking tools, with a preference for immediate joiners
