KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, resources, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, and overall performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements and UAE construction regulations.
• Review project schedules and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Resolve technical, contractual, and site-related issues efficiently.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication between all departments.
• Prepare and review progress reports, project doentation, and management updates.
• Ensure project delivery within approved budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in building construction and contracting.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and site management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• U contracting experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects under pressure.
