We are seeking a Country Head to lead the UAE operations of ISMMART Group of Industries. The ideal candidate
will oversee all business functions, ensure operational efficiency, and steer the organization toward its strategic
objectives. This role will require strong leadership, business development skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE
market. As the Country Head, you will act as the key driver of ISMMART's business in the UAE, ensuring compliance
with local regulations and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all operations across ISMMART's business sectors in the UAE.
Drive business growth in investment, real estate, ecommerce, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market share.
Represent ISMMART with government bodies, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Lead and inspire the local team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage the financial performance of the UAE division, overseeing budgeting and profitability.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong background in investment, real estate, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple business units and lead diverse teams.
Strong financial management and decision-making skills.
