Job Title: Loadi Staff
Job Description:
We are seeking physically fit and detail-oriented Loadi Staff to assist with the efficient loading and unloading of goods, materials, and equipment. As a Loadi Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe transportation of items.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods, materials, and equipment from trucks, trailers, and containers
- Verify items against shipping doents and reports
- Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded items
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent injuries and damage
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and report issues
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in loadi, warehousing, or logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Offered Salary:
- 2500-3000 per month, depending on experience
- Benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and holidays
Employment Type:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, with occasional weekends or evenings
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of loadi procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
