Candidate Requirements

HR & Administrator job description :
– Proficient in the three pillars of human resources and can perform well
– Have good communication skills, have good and meticulous work habits, and strive for excellence in work
– Ability to help company recruit talents applicant from India and other countries
– Responsible for managing the daily work and assignments of personnel and administrative commissioners
– Understand applicant work experience, education and background, and help the company analyze and consider applicant according company standards.
– Supervise and guide the basic work of the personnel administration commissioner
– Responsible for all matters of company personnel administration, including training and HRBP, employee relations

Requirements :

– Fluent in Chinese and English
– Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (HR major is preferred )
– Have SPHRI, PHRI or GPHR international human resources certificate is preferred.
– Familiarization with computer operations and office software
– Have HRBP and management experience , HR work experience is preferred
– Have good communication skills, have good and meticulous work habits, and strive for excellence in work
– Can handle pressure, have the courage to break through difficulties
– Any nationality ( Not hiring for Chinese nationality )
– Men are preferred (Excellent women are also acceptable)
– Willing to work in Dubai
– Age 21 – 30
