Employment: Full Time
Turnkey Fitout – (Interiors/Joinery/Mep)
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a safety-focused culture and ensure the implementation of the Company's HSE plan.
- Conduct site inspections and compile reports.
- Prepare incident and accident reports.
- Adhere to regulations for reporting injuries, diseases, and dangerous occurrences.
- Monitor and report on risk assessments.
- Promptly address safety violations and non-compliance issues.
- Oversee the implementation of safety plans on-site.
Requirements
- Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in an engineering-related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- A background of 3-4 years' experience in the Facilities Management industry.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in technical skills and competencies, including:
- Completion of HSE training courses such as NEBOSH, OSHA, NASP, IOSH, etc.
- Completion of firefighting and first aid training.
- FIT- OUT Industry experience is must
Location: - Prospective candidates should either reliably commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before commencing work. A NEBOSH certificate is mandatory for this role.
