Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Alsoor, Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and schedule maintenance jobs for flats and buildings.
•Assign technical staff for site visits according to the job schedule.
•Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
•Purchase and arrange required materials for maintenance works.
•Coordinate with tenants, technicians, and suppliers.
•Maintain records of maintenance activities and material purchases.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or a similar role.
•Good communication and organizational skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
•Basic knowledge of maintenance works and material procurement.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: AED 4,000 per month
