Key Responsibilities
1.Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their requirements.
2.Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
3.Manage leads effectively, follow up regularly, and build long-term client relationships.
4.Generate new business through cold calling, marketing initiatives, and networking.
5.Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competing property listings.
6.Support the team in closing transactions and completing required doentation.
7.Maintain a professional image while representing the company at all times.
Requirements
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn negotiation techniques.
2.Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
3.Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
4.Basic computer proficiency and customer service mindset.
5.UAE driver’s license is a plus.
6.Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
