We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in process package equipment manufacturing for the Oil and Gas industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and lead high-profile projects for major oil companies.
Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects within the allocated budget and construction program, while satisfying all contractual commitments towards the client. Your role will involve being the main representative of our company towards the client, consultants, and authorities. Key responsibilities include:
•Coordinating and directing the project in accordance with procedures and contract requirements
•Managing and monitoring contractual matters and ensuring their proper administration
•Defining the project's scope of work and preparing budgets
•Overseeing and coordinating Contract Estimating, Cost Control, and Change Order Administration
•Leading and motivating the Project Management Team to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity
•Ensuring effective communication lines and addressing any contractual and legal matters
•Monitoring and controlling subcontractors and vendors
•Responsible for ensuring timely payments from the client as well as to the subcontractor.
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
•Engineering graduate with a focus on Mechanical engineering
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in Package unit manufacturing within the oil and gas industry
•Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
•Proficient in coaching, training, and handling individual performance issues
•Well-developed planning and organizing skills with the ability to perform under pressure
•Proven track record in handling projects for major GCC Oil& Gas operators.
