Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and MEP installations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, and subcontractors on site.
Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, and site productivity.
Ensure installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and installation problems.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project management.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction industry.
Strong building construction experience is a must.
Hands-on experience in MEP installation and site coordination.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand M drawings.
Experience managing subcontractors and construction site teams.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahra construction experience is highly preferred.
Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience primarily in maintenance or facilities management, without hands-on construction experience, may not be suitable for this position.
