Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as an Office B Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a tidy and organized office environment while providing support to various departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
1.Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
2.Assist in the maintenance of office cleanliness and organization, including cleaning and tidying common areas.
3.Distribute incoming mails and packages to appropriate personnel.
4.Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing doents as required.
5.Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or delivering doents to other departments.
6.Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings, including arranging furniture and equipment.
7.Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
8.Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, and answering phone calls.
9.Perform occasional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
1.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3.Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
4.Basic knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
5.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
6.Punctuality and reliability are essential.
7.Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and moving office supplies.
