We are looking for an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee chocolate packaging operations, ensure product quality, hygiene standards, and timely dispatch while managing packaging staff and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily chocolate packaging operations
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, sealing, and coding of products
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in packaging area
Monitor packaging materials usage and control wastage
Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams
Conduct staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
Maintain packaging records and daily production reports
Handle machine operation coordination and minor troubleshooting
