The Leasing Agent will show apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and perform managerial duties concerning the property as directed, be responsible for all Tenant communications from pre-move-in to post-move-out.
Dealing with all client nationalities - communications, negotiations, organizational, customer centricity
Coordinating with a wide spectrum of clients - arranging appointments, schedule viewing, qualifying prospective clients, sharing of information and leasing and move-in processes
Sending proposals to corporate property clients - bulk deals
Knowledge of al the local Property Rental Authorities
Proficiency in EJARI and preparing Tenancy Contracts
