DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs as per standards.
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures.
Manage to lift all types of equipment, handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule.
Analyze all products and non-conformance processes, evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality, and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate, implement and perform all the intern audits.
Supports the Welding & Non-Destructive Test-NDT qualification and test activities.
Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
Bachelor’s degr in Engineering is required (Mechanical/Industrial)
Quality control related certification (preferable)
Intern Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018
