Responsibilities
-Stage and show living spaces
-Advertise and market living spaces
-Finds and reaches out to new prospects
-Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
-Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
-Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
-Attend to inquiries professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service.
-Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients

Qualifications
-1-2 years' of sales experience
-MUST have proficient knowledge and a minimum of 1-2 years of solid experience in Dubai real estate sales.
-Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work.
-Well presentable, well-groomed, and punctual.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills with motivation to overachieve and build a successful career.
-Must be closed deal for atleast 1 sale to provide -Visa by the Company
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple clients.
-Able to work & perform in a target-driven sales environment.
-Ability to join as soon as possible
