REAL ESTATE MANAGER
Full Job Description:
We are seeking a strong leader as a Real Estate Manager with at least 5 to 8 years of real estate experience for a new real estate brokerage. Extensive experience building, coordinating, scheduling, and managing a team as well as a variety of projects, contracts, and administrative tasks.
Job Description:
· Responsible to bring in inventory for the company by approaching the best developers in UAE.
· Build and Lead a team of Real estate agents and administrative personnel, handling issues related to tasks, budgets, customer service items, buildi issues, and legal formalities.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
· Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
· Bring out the best of branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
· Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
· Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
· Ability to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
· Must have a valid RERA license
· Good knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market
· 8 years of Dubai experience in real estate is a must
· Valid Dubai Driving license is a must
· Good presentation skills
· Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
· Strong business acumen
· Problem-solving & critical thinking

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
