Premier Capital Real Estate is Hiring – Telecaller (Spanish & Polish Speaker)

Premier Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated Telecaller fluent in Spanish, Polish, and English to engage with potential clients in the Spanish and Polish–speaking markets.

The role involves proactively contacting leads, understanding client needs, presenting suitable real estate opportunities, and scheduling property viewings while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Proactively contact potential clients in Spanish- and Polish-speaking markets to introduce available real estate opportunities.
Qualify leads by conducting detailed needs assessments and understanding client preferences and budget requirements.
Clearly present property features, benefits, and investment value tailored to each client profile.
Schedule property viewings and coordinate follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support sales conversion.


Candidate Requirements

Candidate Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service; real estate experience is an advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused communication style.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
