Administrative Assistant Secretary (Filipino)
A new role working for a Professional services business in Dubai. This is an important position which will involve supporting executives.
Responsibilities:
· Managing emails and correspondence (responding to emails, drafting emails and other correspondence, and maintaining a record of important communications).
· Maintaining records and databases (organizing and updating files, both physical and digital, as well as maintaining databases of important information).
· Preparing standard doents related to Company.
· Providing support to other members of the team (helping to prepare doents and presentations, and providing general administrative support as needed).
· Answering and directing phone calls.
· Scheduling appointments
Skills required:
· Organized, efficient, and able to multitask to effectively perform their duties.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
Experience you will need:
3+ years experience in a related position
Positive and organized personality
Salary:
2500 + Accommodation
Visa will be provided
