As part of our expansion in the, we are seeking a Sales Account Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to lead and grow our partner network across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and—preferably—selected countries in Africa.

•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.
•Manage and expand relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
•Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions.
•Collaborate closely with vendor teams to build go-to-market plans, drive pipeline generation, and deliver joint business outcomes.
•Maintain deep knowledge of Silicon21’s vendor solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape.
•Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure successful deal execution.
•Prepare account plans, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
•Represent Silicon21 FZCO in vendor meetings, partner enablement events, and industry forums.:

________________________________________&•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
•5+ years of proven experience in Networking & cybersecurity sales, preferably with a distributor, vendor, or system integrator.
•Experience in selling cybersecurity produc such as network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, or managed security services.
•Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure
•Ability to work with technical teams (pre-sal architects) to design and present solution architectures.
•Established network of enterprise customers and partners within the GCC region.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
•Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
