Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Villa Construction (G+2)
A newly established contracting company in Dubai is seeking to hire a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage G+2 villa construction projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience supervising G+2 villa construction projects in Dubai.
* Registered and approved by Dubai Municipality (preferred to be eligible for appointment as the company’s responsible engineer).
* Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
* Proven experience in site supervision and managing all phases of construction.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
* Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications.
* Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage.
* UAE driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day execution of G+2 villa construction projects.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with consultants, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
* Manage site personnel, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
* Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability on site.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site.
