We are urgently looking for a Factory Supervisor for a marble company in Sharjah with the following requirements;
- Depth knowledge of Marble production, slab utilization & and different Stone finishes
- Plan the daily production to meet the customers’ requirements and production schedule.
- Monitor and inspect the fabrication activities and approve the final product before delivery.
- Oversee the workforce at the factory and motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Prepare daily production reports and management reports as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marble & Stones division / industry is a MUST.
- Able to read drawings and cutting lists.
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and must be trustworthy.
