Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in **farming, agriculture, or related outdoor operations** (preferred)
* Good communication skills in English
* Strong supervision and team coordination skills
* Physically fit and hands-on approach
* Experience in recycling operations, farming or charcoal production is an advantage (but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily production and site operations
* Manage and guide workers to ensure productivity and safety
* Monitor raw material handling and production processes
* Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and compliance with company standards
* Coordinate with management on operational requirements
