Job description:
The Store and Customs Executive is responsible for managing warehou operations and handling all customs doentation, clearance procedures, and coordination with freight forwarders and government authorities. The role ensures proper inventory control, timely customs clearance, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Store Responsibilities:
Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records (inward & outward materials).
Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering when required.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Prepare delivery notes, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and material issue slips.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
Customs Responsibilities:
Prepare and process impo doentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
Handle customs clearance procedures through relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations.
Track shipments and update internal departments on status.
Maintain records of bills of entry, invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
Coordinate duty payments and related doentation.
Resolve customs-related issues and delays.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping and customs clearance.
Good knowledge of UAE customs regulations and doentation.
Experience in inventory management systems.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
Experience working in industri companies.
